Hayley - Pathways Founder and Director

Hayley is a dedicated educator and a key leader in setting the standards for Pathways Tutoring.

With comprehensive experience across all phases of primary education, she holds extensive, specialised knowledge of EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This background ensures the quality of our early years and foundational learning support is outstanding.

For the past 10 years, Hayley has maintained a successful parallel career as a highly adaptable tutor. Her experience spans supporting diverse learners, including ESL students, adults preparing for degrees, and students requiring specialist 11+ coaching. Her success in 11+ tuition is a particular highlight of her track record.

As the lead of Quality and Tutor Coordination, Hayley is responsible for overseeing the quality of all tuition and coordinating the tutor team, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and excellence in every session delivered.

Lawrence - Pathways Director

Lawrence is an experienced educational leader who began his teaching career in the late 2000s. He has worked across diverse primary school settings in London and Berkshire, gaining extensive expertise across all phases of primary education (EYFS - KS2).

He is deeply committed to ensuring equity of access to high-quality education, empowering all children to thrive. Lawrence has successfully supported and led schools through numerous Ofsted inspections, achieving coveted ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ outcomes.

As Director, Lawrence oversees the running and organisation of Pathways Tutoring, driven by the belief that timely, targeted tutoring is a crucial accelerator for children's engagement and success, both in and out of the classroom.
